Once you've placed your pre-order for a TrailForge Mug, we work hard to get your essential outdoor gear to you efficiently. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the pre-order period ends and mugs become available. You can expect your mug to arrive within 5-10 business days for standard shipping across Canada.

We offer the following shipping options to ensure your TrailForge Mug reaches you when you need it:

  • Standard shipping: Reliable delivery across Canada, usually arriving within 5-10 business days from shipment. Shipping costs for standard delivery are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Expedited shipping: For those who can't wait to hit the trails, we offer faster delivery options, typically arriving within 2-4 business days. Expedited shipping costs will be higher and are also calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can monitor your TrailForge Mug's journey to your door.

TrailForge stands behind rugged gear built for real outdoor use. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer straightforward return and exchange options to ensure your satisfaction. Our policy applies to all TrailForge Mugs purchased through our online shop in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Return window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This allows you ample time to ensure your mug meets your expectations for your next adventure.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your TrailForge Mug must meet these conditions:

  • Mug must be unused.
  • Mug must be in original packaging.
  • Product must not show damage from misuse or modification.

Handling non-returnable items & damages

While we strive for customer satisfaction, some items cannot be returned. Please review the following:

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used mugs.
  • Customized or engraved mugs.
  • Items damaged through improper use.

Damaged or defective products

If your TrailForge Mug arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Contact TrailForge within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Email photos showing the damage or defect to support@trailforge.com
  3. Include your order details and the shipping name in your email.

What Trailforge will do

If damage occurred during manufacturing or shipping, The TrailForge Mug will:

  • Replace the mug.
  • OR Issue a full refund.
  • OR Offer store credit.

You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases (damaged or defective items), TrailForge will cover the return shipping costs.

TrailForge recommends using tracked shipping for all returns to ensure safe delivery back to our facility in Prince Edward Island.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our Montreal location. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
